That is very true and a great perspective from someone who self-publishes! Thank you for sharing! Being able to catch another person’s interest in only a few sentences is difficult, but query writing can help hone that skill.

When writing the book description that’s how I approach it. I want people to pick it up, so I have to write something that catches attention. Queries are the same, only you’re trying to catch the attention of one person versus a ton.
